Dina Holguin is Co-Founder of Women Construct. She is a Construction Project Manager with the York City Housing Authority, Energy & Sustainability Dept. Dina is a dynamic, motivated professional in the world of construction and sustainability with more than 27 years of experience in NYC’s government sector. Working at the New York City Housing Authority (NYCHA), she has served as a Construction Project Manager and Special Assistant to the Director of Energy and Sustainability Programs. Most recently, Dina has been immersed in managing and supporting the organization’s efforts to comply with and promote NYCHA’s sustainability programs and practices. This work has led Dina to build a wide expertise in program management, project coordination, and construction procedures. Dina has led construction and provided full lifecycle management for several community centers throughout the city. Excellent at managing teams, Dina has become a key representative of the NYCHA.
To receive her training as an architect, Dina attended the Bernard Anne Spitzer School of Architecture at New York’s City College, where received her Bachelor of Science in Architecture. Born in the Dominican Republic and a longtime New Yorker, Dina cares deeply about the work she does, her community, and using her knowledge and power to the betterment of the world around her.
